What do you mean by shifting gears?

Have you just been stuck in the same old place, habits and lifestyle too long? What you need is a new perspective. For me, gaining new information has always been the push I needed to decide to change, usually followed by support and methods.

The best example I have is realizing late in life that I have ADHD (Attention Deficient Hyperactivity Disorder). What?! Based on my total lack of physical hyperactivity, impossible, I thought. Yet, I fit all the other symptoms. It wasn't until just recently that I learned the hyperactivity was in my brain. That was the last link I needed to decide it was totally true.

Since realizing that ADHD wasn't a curse but in it's own way a blessing, I have fully embraced it and the idea that creating a work that I love was totally doable.

But that's just one of the ways shifting gears has served me. If you feel stuck please visit regularly for posts about making changes in your life. What's bothering you? A health concern? A relationship problem? Building a habit? I hope to inspire and support you through your own re-design.
